Helping people to change their lives for the better and feel happier in their own skin is what gets us out of bed.
Founder Julie Berentsen has been practicing mindfulness and yoga for 20 years, and has a passionate interest in how Mindfulness might support young people.

She is an experienced primary school teacher as well as qualifying with Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), a not-for-profit organisation offering mindfulness training to young people from ages 7 – 18 years.

In addition to this she has trained at the Special Yoga Centre in London gaining her childrens yoga credential and an MA in education with a dissertation focus on the benefits of mindfulness for children. 

Julie has spoken at various conferences, retreats on her research and experiences. 

Last year she featured on the BBC News as part of a research project into mindfulness in Secondary schools. Julie also featured in another BBC News feature which asked ‘Can mindfulness improve pupils concentration?’
